Telecaller Jobs Vacancies Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our services
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members
- Explain to customers loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements
- Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Job description
- Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales team,
- Follow-up with customers.
- Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
- Good communication skill.
- Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.
Working Days – Six days a week (Including Weekends) will be eligible for a one staggered
weekly off during weekdays.
Required Candidate profile
